TLC Companions prides itself with finding each family their ideal nanny.  Each one of our nannies is registered through Trustline, is CPR and First-Aid Certified, has had a thorough screening including personal and professional reference checks, and has a minimum of three years of childcare experience.

Part-time nanny (under 35 hrs per week)  $800.00

Full-time nanny (35+hrs per week)  $1,000.00

Summer Nanny or Short-Term (No more than 3 consecutive months)  $500 
(if you want to extend the length of service, an additional placement fee will be charged)

There is a $150.00 non-refundable start-up fee to begin your nanny search.
After you choose your nanny, the remainder of placement fee will be due. Your balance must be paid in
full before the first day your nanny is contracted to start working for you. TLC Companions will help prepare your nanny's salary agreement contract.

Please remember that TLC Companions only serves as an agency to help you find your ideal nanny.

You are the "employer" of the nanny. TLC Companions does not employ your nanny and is NOT responsible for any misconduct of nanny. You are responsible for withholding nanny taxes and supplying them with a 1099 at the end of each tax year.
